I looked and sourceforge and found some good programs, but I wanted some "real" opinions. Or should I just go out and buy the Adobe Master Collection???

Reply:I suggest you search for a game engine first. I've been searching for the same things myself. Currently I am leaning towards XNA by microsoft because it is free and is in C#. The problem is most of the things you are looking for have no free copies that are good. I'll keep you updated with my own search.
