I want to take AP Physics, but I also want to take AP calc and AP Lit, what to do?

Okay,

I want to go into Aeronautical/ Aerospace engineering so I definetly need to take AP Calculus. At my school it's guranteed you'll get at least a C in the class if you try. I definetly need to take AP Lit. because I'm taking AP this year, plus my school doesn't offer honors lit for seniors. Now, the problem is AP Physics. It's something I'm really interested in, but am I going to go crazy? I'm going to be editor in chief of the paper next year to, that's about 14 hours after school every month in addition to class time. And I don't really care if I pass the AP test as long as I pass the class and learn something.

If you've taken the class is it impossible, did you regret taking it?

Is it crazy taking three AP classes, have you done it, did you still have a life?

Wow... you are in a tough spot. If I were you, since you said you like sciences, I would definitely go for AP physics. I am currently taking 3 AP courses and I hardly have any free time for myself with all of my other activities! I would recomend talking to an academic councelor and see what he/she suggests because they face this all the time. Good luck!
Reply:At my high school, it really depends on the teacher teaching the class. I took AP history, and the teacher was no good, we were totally unprepared for the test, nobody ever passes that one. The calculus teacher was great, good success rate passing that test. Who are the teachers teaching these AP classes, do you like them, do you know other students who have taken their AP classes? Do a little research, and decide based on the total experience you will have in the class.
Reply:I think if you are questioning your overload, don't take AP Lit. If your school offers a lesser class on Lit, then take that.
Reply:I took AP Biology and AP calculus..in addition to regular classes at the same time..i took AP bio as opposed to AP english bc i was more a science person and felt it would work out better for me. I say take 2 out of the 3, its prob your senior year too, so dont make it out to be more stressful. Talk to your guidance councelor about if lit or physics would be better for you. IT was intimidating at first, but its really not that bad, i promise. Just getting into those classes says ur smart, so stay focused, i wouldnt worry -

And hell yea, gf you can still have a life! I had a bf, family commitments, and still had time to look hott at prom C'mon now! ;)

Good LUCK!
Reply:Taking three AP classes is no big deal. You can do it. The nice thing is that AP Cal and AP Physics will go along nicely. The calculus will help you. Have you taken pre-calculus?

Why it won't be a big deal: In AP lit. you'll have to read and analyse, if you enjoy this is will be easy. The other two AP classes go together. fin.
Reply:personally? I think that you would be better off hanging around an airport and seeing some real planes and pilots

one or two AP classes should be enough for any normal human; if you want to do engineering physics is a real good background
