Myspace text problem?

Hi,


I just finally made a Myspace. Didn't really want to, but a lot of my friends are on there and want me to communicate that way, so I thought, "what the heck, why not?"





I'll tell you why not. It is a pain in the a$$, that's why not! Okay, now that I have gotten my anger out...





Really, okay, I think it is pretty cool. Just havin' a problem. I went into the profile editor and changed a bunch of stuff around (after having already spend 2 hours trying to figure out a background situation - c'mon, I'm a newbie, what do you want?) Anyhow, I changed the colors of the modules and the transparency, font, etc. It actually looks pretty cool.





Problem? It didn't change the font in the part about my interests (on the far left side) and it didn't change the color of that font either. The words are too dark to read. How can I change only that part now, because so far everything else is how I want it?





Please help me. These things that are "all the rage" are just not my forte.

Myspace text problem?
go the interests section and type this in front of everything: %26lt;font color=whatever%26gt;





and for the font type, go to where you put the layout code and look through it at the places where all the font types are. i'm guessing that the type of font that didn't change is right now times new roman?? well, find where it says that, and change it to the type of font that you want.

Reply:Yes! It's ME..lol.....Ok I have a myspace but I am no wiz at it either..but my eldest daughter is...unfortunately she is on vacation atm..and won't be back til the 26th. If you can wait patiently I can guarantee you an aswer.





I do want to caution you tho, and this is why I am not on myspace a lot. It has been known for viruses and and a lot of ads....I suggest if your going to use it, Make sure you have a virus scan running in the background and run programs like as aware and spybot once a week(or more)


I know someone who's computer crashed, and it was myspace related( so they found out after paying out the %^%26amp; to have it fixed.) And my daughter knows a few of these cases as well.

Reply:Well the profile editor that myspace provides should do the trick when you click on the text tab at the top. Have you tried this?
