i have a picture that was taken with a digital camera of a group of people from a short distance. something must have happened with the camera where the quality got messed up. when i try to crop myself it's kind of fuzzy and the quality doesn't look good. this is the only picture out of them that this happened to. and i don't think it's b/c the camera was moved b/c it looks fine without cropping. is there any way to fix it? like maybe an adjustment setting on a photo editor or something?

How many pixels is the camera? Sounds like your cropping the image too much and leaving yourself with hardly any pixels to play with.
