I've got a problem on my pc please help!?
Restart your pc, press "F8"-key contineously before Windows starts booting untill you get a list of startup possibilities, select "Safe Mode". Enter the Administrator account, go to "Start %26gt;%26gt;%26gt; Control Panel %26gt;%26gt;%26gt; Administrative tools %26gt;%26gt;%26gt; Security policy" and check every entry there.

Create a new account under "Administrator" account if nothing helps.
Reply:Hi Try a 'System Restore' to a date before the security was changed first.
Reply:Login as Administrator then right click C:\ drive on My Computer. Choose security tab and then add the users you want access to the drive:)
Reply:You messed with settings that you know nothing about and you want us to tell you how to reverse them? Amazingly, I can probably do that.

1. Do a system restore to before you messed it up. Start Programs Accessories System Tools System Restore. This SHOULD be a non destructive restore.

2. If that wont work, then use a "smart system", that is, a non windows Linux system to read your data. There are some good ones, that run live, to use for data recovery. I recommend www.slax.org (use the killbill version) or knoppix is great, or www.kubuntu.org is also good. Best, after downloading one/more of these is to install them permanently on your hard drive as they are Way more secure than windows will ever be. Slax is just a temporary operating system, but Kubuntu can be installed permanently. All of these are free.
